PTFE Seals, Guide Rings & Wipers

Guide rings, metallic wipers and bronze filled PTFE seals from Tecnolan and Tecnotex, stocked and supplied in Chennai by Raj Trading Corporation. Twelve ranges and over 1,200 sizes. Guide rings carry the side load so the seals do not have to: WRFRPR in green polyester composite with PTFE from 20 mm to 344 mm, WR in green fibre reinforced polyester from 20 mm to 250 mm, and WRB in brown phenolic fabric from 36 mm to 354 mm. The DKBI and AM metallic wipers set a polyurethane lip in a steel case for rods from 14 mm to 190 mm, and the HBY buffer seal in PU with POM covers 40 mm to 190 mm. The PTFE seals, all bronze filled PTFE on a nitrile energiser, run with less friction and stick-slip than rubber or polyurethane: the SPGW and PGPS piston seals, the piston glyd ring from 8 mm to 680 mm bore, the rod step seal from 4 mm to 700 mm, the PWS excluders, and the Roto Glyd rings for rods and pistons that turn as well as stroke.
